The SHLE® technology is a patented innovation from Ohle, ensuring an extremely long service life! This is proven by our production panels, which have demonstrably operated for more than 100,000 hours. In practice, this corresponds to a lifespan of 84 years for an infrared heating panel!

FROM 0 TO FULL HEAT IN JUST 5 MINUTES…!

Thanks to this ultra SHLE® technology, we are able to produce the fastest and most efficient infrared panels available today. Depending on the panel size, Ohle panels reach full operating temperature in just 5 minutes! This enables super-fast response times and makes the panels extremely easy to control with a thermostat.

SAFE AND LOW TEMPERATURE AT THE BACK

The back of our Ohle SOTERMO infrared panels reaches only about 40 °C after 3 hours of continuous use. Proper insulation minimizes heat loss at the back. Under the panels, 40 °C is exceptionally low and, most importantly, safe! This is made possible by a special heating matrix. The electric silver element is fully integrated into our Ohle heating fleece, a specially developed heating mat. This double-insulated heating cable features a hidden red silicone sheath for long-lasting durability.

OPTIMAL HEAT DISTRIBUTION

With a spacing of 15 mm between heating elements, the electrical energy is quickly and evenly distributed as heat across the surface, ensuring optimal and homogeneous temperature distribution. The result: high radiation efficiency and faster perceivable radiant warmth!

Certified Quality: TÜV

TÜV Certification – Safety, Quality & Reliability

This TÜV certificate guarantees that Ohle infrared panels comply with the requirements of the Equipment and Product Safety Act (GPSG). This includes ensuring the protection of both safety and health.

What is TÜV?

A TÜV certification (Technischer Überwachungsverein) is a mark or certificate indicating that a product or organization meets strict requirements in terms of safety, quality, and/or environmental standards. It demonstrates that a product or service has been thoroughly tested and assessed by an independent body (such as TÜV NORD, TÜV Rheinland, or TÜV SÜD) and complies with legal regulations, standards, and certifications.

The certificate proves that all Ohle products are safe to use and comply with relevant safety standards.

 

  • Quality:

TÜV certification also guarantees the quality of Ohle infrared panels.

In some cases, TÜV certification also provides evidence that a product or service is environmentally responsible.

The TÜV mark gives potential customers and partners confidence that they are working with a reliable company that meets strict requirements and demonstrates proven competence.

Infrared Heating – Quality You Can Trust

Infrared heating is increasingly being used in the sustainable renovation of buildings. As a result, more and more brands of infrared panels are entering the market—but are these truly “real” infrared panels?

Infrared panels must be able to contribute to a comfortable indoor climate through radiant heat. This is only possible if a minimum portion of the energy entering the panel is converted into radiant heat.

Since 2022, this can be effectively tested according to the first standard for infrared panels:

IEC 60675-3 – the standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

In September 2022, Ohle had its infrared panels independently tested by Peutz and has since adhered to the IEC 60675-3 standard.

Ohle panels achieve a radiation share of 69.6%, which is nearly the highest of all other brands available on the market!

Achieving higher than 70% is simply not feasible for infrared panels!

 

Ohle is therefore proudly one of the few brands authorized to carry this “quality seal”!

IGEF certification means that an independent body has assessed the product, in this case the Ohle infrared panels, and confirmed that it meets the established IGEF requirements.

 

  • Extremely low electromagnetic radiation:

This means that Ohle infrared panels are designed and constructed in such a way that the emission of electromagnetic fields is minimal.
